I was born in Toowoomba and have lived in many Queensland towns and cities during my life. I moved to the Sunny Coast with my husband 6 years ago and I am very happy that we did, as I love the lifestyle, the people and the relaxed way of life that is enjoyed here on the coast. There is nowhere better!

During my working life I have held many positions, the most responsible of which was Manager of a large retirement village in Brisbane - a challenging and rewarding role which enhanced my people skills and gave me confidence in public speaking.

I am a Commissioner for Declarations, hold a Blue Card, a current First Aid Certificate and do charity work to raise much needed dollars for disabled children - a role that is very close to my heart.

I have two grown up sons and 2 grandsons who love nothing better than to leave the city and come up here to spend time on the Sunny Coast.

Gardening is my passion and I have a small acreage property where I spend my spare time gardening and enjoying nature and the ambience my garden provides.

Furthering my involvement with the community through assisting couples to take a very important step in their lives is a special task that is both a solemn moment in time as well as an extremely enjoyable one.
